Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Please note: only one bag can be purchased per order.
Our products are produced in small series. Unless a different delivery time is stated on the product page, we dispatch your order within 14 days after conclusion of the contract and receipt of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and other charges of the destination country may apply. These are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
USA: For deliveries to the USA, import duties and customs fees are prepaid by us and included in the shipping price (DDP). No further charges apply on delivery.
Canada: Due to the EU–Canada trade agreement (CETA), no customs duty is normally charged on our products. Canadian sales tax (GST/HST/PST) and a handling fee of the delivering carrier are collected on delivery and are borne by the customer.
We ship with DHL or a comparable carrier.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report this to the carrier and to us at hello@marcelladuske.com without undue delay. Photos of the damage and the packaging help us to resolve the matter quickly. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Information on returns can be found in our Right of Withdrawal information and in our Terms of Service, section 7. To declare your withdrawal, please use the form at the bottom of this page. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

Bitte beachten Sie: Pro Bestellung kann nur eine Tasche erworben werden.
Unsere Produkte werden in kleinen Serien gefertigt. Sofern auf der Produktseite keine abweichende Lieferzeit angegeben ist, versenden wir Ihre Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Vertragsschluss und Zahlungseingang. Nach dem Versand erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit Versandbestätigung und Sendungsverfolgung.
Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der Europäischen Union können Zölle, Einfuhrumsatzsteuer und sonstige Abgaben des Bestimmungslandes anfallen. Diese trägt der Kunde, soweit im Checkout nichts anderes ausgewiesen ist.
USA: Bei Lieferungen in die USA werden Zölle und Einfuhrgebühren von uns vorausbezahlt und sind im Versandpreis enthalten (DDP). Bei Zustellung fallen keine weiteren Kosten an.
Kanada: Aufgrund des Handelsabkommens EU–Kanada (CETA) fällt auf unsere Produkte in der Regel kein Zoll an. Die kanadische Umsatzsteuer (GST/HST/PST) und eine Bearbeitungsgebühr des Zustellers werden bei Zustellung erhoben und vom Kunden getragen.
Der Versand erfolgt per DHL oder einem vergleichbaren Anbieter.
Sollte Ihr Paket sichtbar beschädigt ankommen, melden Sie dies bitte unverzüglich dem Zusteller und uns unter hello@marcelladuske.com. Fotos des Schadens und der Verpackung helfen uns, den Fall schnell zu klären. Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte bleiben unberührt.
